Contact Information: This airstrip is a stretch of road very close to the Burmese border. It is further West than Umphang. There are holes and trees and brush right on the edge of the airstrip, mountains too. You have to call the police before you fly in there. The Thai Flying Club pioneered a trip up to this airstrip in the end of 2000. If you need more information, ask Dr. Choladhis or Khun Samkiat via River Kwai Flying Club. |
