The best way to fly your aircraft into Vietnam is to use a handling agent. They can make sure that you follow the correct procedures and help with communications. T&T is based in Hanoi. General Aviation in Vietnam does not exist. It is very expensive to fly a private airplane into Vietnam ($600 per airport minimum if you don't have any agents or assistance). This may be changing in the future. There is one young Vietnamese from Hanoi who is very enthusiastic about paragliding and ultralights. His name is Long. He is currently working in Saigon. You can call him on his mobile: 090 3825607. He has several French friends who previously brought an ultralight into Vietnam and flew it. It is currently being held by customs.
